After the April delivery the same German buyer placed a follow-on order for 80.789 tonnes - 2,870 lengths, six sizes, the five original sections plus 88.9 × 4.5 mm for header and steam-line work.

Three things get checked on a repeat rather than on a first order: the 3.1 set has to reconcile against the new PO heat by heat, the dimensional tolerances have to hold what was accepted last time, and the bundle marks have to let both deliveries be stored together. The 88.9 × 4.5 line is the one to watch - a new size means a new tooling set-up, and the first-off dimensions deserve a look.
