A192 carbon steel seamless pipe is a type of seamless carbon steel pipe with minimum wall thickness suitable for high-pressure boilers and superheaters under ASTM standards. The production process of A192 carbon steel pipe involves seamless pipe manufacturing, which can be either hot-rolled or cold-drawn according to specifications. Hot-rolled pipes do not require heat treatment, while cold-drawn pipes undergo heat treatment at 650°C or higher after the final cold-drawing process.
