Differences between ASTM A106 and ASTM A53

Here are the main differences between the two.
1) A106 is seamless pipe, while A53 standard contains both seamless and welded pipe.

2) From the chemical composition classification, A106 can be written C-Si, while A53 does not contain Si.
3)From the price, A106's pipe is more expensive than A53's. All material grades of steel pipe in A106 are sedum steel.

4) A106 is commonly used in high temperature and high pressure conditions, whereas A53's tubes usually cannot be used in high temperature and high pressure situations.
