ASTM A106 is the standard specification for seamless carbon steel pipe suitable for high-temperature service.
- Size range
The pipe sizes covered by this standard are NPS (National Standard Straight Pipe) from 10.3mm DN6 to 1219mm DN1200 (1/8 inch to 48 inch) in accordance with ASME B 36.10M. However, sizes other than B36.10 are also available in the A106 standard.
