Flange installation steps
1,Firstly position the joint accurately.

3,Installation of the ferrule joint, in the internal structure of the ferrule joint and the set of section spherical surface touching position coated with lubricating grease is conducive to the installation.
4,Installation of ground bolts and curved nuts, must be in the curved surface and screw threads on the brush lubricating grease to facilitate the installation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5,Torque the nut must be in accordance with the diagonal order of the method of gradual proportional torque and ensure that the ferrule joints have symmetrical position.
6,Torque wrench should be used to tighten the nut according to the standard torque in the product manual.
7,After installation, the ports of the two fittings and the rib of the sealing ring should be in close contact with each other without any gap.
