Super Duplex 2507 Pipe, also known as UNS S32750, is a highly resistant and highly durable pipe that is used in a variety of applications. Super Duplex 2507 Pipe is a combination of 25% Chromium, 4% Molybdenum, and 7% Nickel. The addition of Copper acts as a corrosion-resistant layer and enhances the overall strength of the metal. The pipe also contains small amounts of Nitrogen and Tungsten, which further enhances its corrosion resistance.
When it comes to the mechanical properties of Super Duplex 2507 Pipe, it has an impressive yield strength of around 80 ksi, which is much higher than standard duplex grades. It also has a tensile strength of around 116 ksi, which is one of the highest among all duplex grades. This pipe's high strength makes it suitable for use in high-pressure applications.
