1.4903 Seamless Pipe Advantages
- High temperature strength and creep resistance: Mo + vanadium + niobium composite strengthening significantly improves the endurance strength above 600℃, and the creep resistance is better than ordinary chromium-molybdenum steel (such as P22).
- Welding and processing adaptability: Carbon equivalent (CEV) is about 0.45%, supports TIG/MIG welding, and requires 760-780℃ tempering to relieve stress after welding.
- Corrosion and oxidation resistance: High chromium content resists H₂S and CO₂ corrosion, and the oxidation weight gain rate in high temperature steam environment is less than 1.0 g/m²·h.
