A213 T9 T11 T12 Alloy Pipe Description
A213 T9, T11, and T12 alloy pipes are chromium-molybdenum alloy seamless steel pipes that meet the ASTM A213 standard. All three are ferritic alloy seamless steel pipes. They are optimized for microstructure and performance through normalizing + tempering heat treatment and are used for high-temperature pressure-bearing components in the fields of electric power, petrochemicals, nuclear power, etc.

Advantages:
1. Excellent high temperature performance
High temperature strength stability: In high temperature environment of 450°C~620°C, the tensile strength is ≥415 MPa, and it is not easy to deform in long-term service.

2. Excellent corrosion resistance

Processing adaptability: Hardness ≤163 HB, supports complex forming such as bending and flaring, and is suitable for various heat exchanger structures.
4. Cross-domain universality
Power boilers: Covering medium pressure to supercritical units (such as T12 for ≤450°C boilers, T91 for ≤625°C supercritical units).
Petrochemical and nuclear power: Used for key equipment such as hydrogenation reactor pipelines (T11) and nuclear island heat exchangers (T91).
