A335 high temperature ferritic alloy seamless pipe can be made by hot rolling or cold drawing process, according to customer requirements.
P1, P2 and P12 grade nominal steel pipes can be hot finished or cold drawn, and can be subjected to 650~705°C final heat treatment instead of the specified heat treatment.
All P5c grade steel nominal pipes should be in the range of 715~745 °C as the final heat treatment.
The final heat treatment of P92 and P911 grade steels should be normalized at a minimum of 1040 °C and tempered at a minimum of 730 °C.
The final heat treatment of P122 grade steel should be normalized at a minimum of 1040 °C and tempered at a minimum of 730 °C.
The final heat treatment of P23 grade steel should be normalized at a minimum of 1040 °C and tempered at a minimum of 730 °C.
