The composition of API 5L X65 seamless steel pipe includes carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, vanadium, niobium and titanium. This material has a minimum yield strength of 65ksi and a minimum tensile strength of 77ksi. Seamless and LSAW steel pipe are available in sizes from ½ inch to 48 inches. Welded and LSAW pipes are available in diameters up to 100 inches and lengths up to 12 meters. With wall thicknesses up to 250 mm, API 5l X65 PSL2 steel pipes are available in sizes from sch 20 to XXS. This material can be subjected to impact tests and other tests.
