X11CrMo5 Alloy Steel Pipe Description
X11CrMo5 alloy pipe (European standard number 1.7362) is a chromium-molybdenum heat-resistant steel seamless pipe, designed for high temperature and high pressure environment (≤580℃), and widely used in pressure piping systems such as power station boilers and petrochemical equipment.
Heat treatment process
The heat treatment process of X11CrMo5 includes quenching, tempering and annealing.
Quenching treatment
The quenching temperature is generally 900~950℃, and the coolant is oil cooling. The microstructure after quenching is martensite, with high hardness and high strength.
Tempering treatment
The tempering temperature is generally 600~700℃, and the coolant is air cooling. The microstructure after tempering is tempered troostite, with good toughness and strength.
Annealing treatment
The annealing hardness is generally 200 HBW, and the microstructure after annealing is ferrite and pearlite, with good processing performance.
