12cr2mo alloy pipe is rolled from a solid tube blank after perforation. 12cr2mo alloy pipe is generally produced on an automatic pipe rolling unit. The solid tube blank is inspected and surface defects are removed, cut into the required length, centered on the perforated end of the tube blank, and then sent to the heating furnace for heating and piercing on the punching machine.

Heat treatment:
S<30 mm: Normalization("N") and tempering("T")
"N" temperature 900℃-960 °C, "T" temperature 700℃-750 °C;
S>30 mm: Quenching("Q") and tempering("T") or normalizing("N") and tempering("T")
"Q" temperature is not less than 900 °C, "T" temperature 700 °C'-750 °C;
"N" temperature 900℃-960°C, "T"temperature 700℃-750°C, but "Q" should be performed after "N".
