SS 310S / 310H steel Pipe
SUS310H steel pipe is a high-temperature reinforced stainless steel with good high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. It is commonly used in high-temperature stoves, heat exchangers and other fields. It is a stainless steel material with international standard grades 310H and UNS S31009.
During the processing, stainless steel pipe 310H needs to be annealed to eliminate processing stress, refine the grains and improve the plasticity of the material. In addition, SUS310H steel pipe has good brittle resistance, making it highly stable in situations where it needs to withstand large impact forces and deformations.
The chemical composition of 310H stainless steel pipe includes elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, nickel, phosphorus and sulfur. Among them, the carbon content is limited, excluding the low end of the 310 range. This makes 310H the grade of choice for high temperature applications. This steel has good oxidation resistance at intermittent service temperatures up to 1040°C (1904°F) and continuous service temperatures up to 1150°C (2102°F). Widely used in environments where sulfur dioxide gas exists at high temperatures. However, continuous use of this steel in the 425-860°C (797-1580°F) range is not recommended due to carbide precipitation.

The outer diameter of hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally greater than 32mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm. The outer diameter of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe can reach 6mm and the wall thickness can reach 0.25mm. The outer diameter of thin-walled tubes can reach 5mm and the wall thickness is less than 0.25mm. Cold rolling has higher dimensional accuracy than hot rolling.
