TP347H (1Cr19Ni11Nb) belongs to high-carbon Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel. Due to the stabilizing element Nb, it has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and polysulfuric acid intergranular stress corrosion. Its corrosion resistance in acidic, alkaline, and salty environments is similar to T-containing 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. Therefore, it is widely used in boilers, power generation, petroleum, chemical industry, synthetic fibers, food, paper, and other industries. Specifically, it is used in large boiler superheater tubes, reheater tubes, steam pipes, and petrochemical heat exchangers.
