Therefore, super duplex pipes are pipes made of this material. Super duplex steel pipes combine the characteristics of ferritic and austenitic steels. This means that the material has the high strength of a ferritic structure and the high corrosion resistance of an austenitic structure, as well as the ability to resist stress corrosion cracking.
