Corrosion Resistance: SUS430 offers good corrosion resistance in mildly corrosive environments, such as atmospheric conditions, mild chemical environments, and freshwater exposure. However, it may not be as resistant to more aggressive and highly corrosive environments as austenitic stainless steels.
