ASTM A210 Grade A1 Carbon Steel Tube
There are three main types of ASTM A210 grade boiler tubes: seamless steel tubes, electrofusion welded (EFW) tubes, and double-sided submerged arc welded (DSAW) tubes.
ASTM A210 Seamless Steel Pipe offers superior strength and durability because it has no seams or welds. During the manufacturing process, seamless steel pipes are formed through extrusion, perforation, rolling and other processes. It is a high-quality pipe with high fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, and is usually used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
ASTM A210 Electrofusion Welded (EFW) pipe manufacturing uses an electrofusion welding process to fuse the edges of two steel plates or steel pipes together. EFW is a single-pass welding process that is simple and efficient, but the strength of the weld may be reduced.
ASTM A210 double-sided submerged arc welded (DSAW) pipe manufacturing uses a submerged arc welding process that welds on both sides of the pipe. This process requires multiple passes of welding to complete, but provides greater strength and durability.
A210 A1 grade boiler tube, which is a carbon steel material whose main components include carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and silicon. The levels of these elements will vary depending on the manufacturing process and specific requirements. Woven bag packaging. Put the carbon steel pipe into a woven bag, then bundle and seal it to prevent the steel pipe from being damaged during transportation.
Wooden frame packaging. Make a wooden frame with wooden strips and wooden boards around the periphery of the carbon steel pipe, and then put the carbon steel pipe into it to prevent the steel pipe from being hit and squeezed during transportation.
Carton. Place the carbon steel pipes into cartons, then seal and bundle them to prevent the steel pipes from being damaged during transportation.
Bulk. Some carbon steel pipes with shorter lengths can be stacked directly on the transportation vehicle without special packaging.
