G Fin Tube Description
G-type finned tubes are used to enhance heat exchange efficiency. Typically, fins are added to the surface of heat exchange tubes to increase the external (or internal) surface area of the heat exchange tubes, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. G-type finned tubes are a new type of wear-resistant and energy-efficient heat exchange material and component. A high-frequency power source is used as the heat source to simultaneously heat the steel strip and steel pipe, welding them into an integrated unit. Its characteristics include high heat exchange efficiency, large heat dissipation area, long durability, wide temperature range, and high pressure resistance. They are widely used in industries such as waste heat recovery, petrochemical plants, power station boilers, energy-saving devices, greenhouses, heating, refrigeration, pharmaceutical dehydration, wood dehydration, and grain dehydration systems.
