When analyzing the application and procurement of C276 seamless pipes, the service life of seamless pipes is a key consideration, and we will always choose seamless pipes with long service life. In fact, the service life of C276 seamless pipe is closely related to many factors, and not just one factor can affect its service life. Through correct application and effective maintenance, its service life can be extended and improved. So how do we maintain it throughout the entire use process in the middle and later stages?
During the entire rust prevention treatment process, polish the surface layer with a steel brush. Because the material of the steel brush can effectively remove loose or swollen rust on its surface.
Due to the need for cleaning throughout the entire process of using C276 seamless pipes, people generally use relatively organic solvents for cleaning to remove oil and dust. This method is only suitable for removing surface dirt and is not suitable for removing rust and oxide scale. So this method can only serve as an auxiliary method for anti-corrosion manufacturing.
3. Organic chemistry and electrolysis are commonly used to passivate C276 seamless pipes through acid washing. The two methods are usually carried out separately, as organic chemical methods only remove surface stains and are difficult to achieve results for stains in the gaps. Therefore, these two methods can reasonably remove scale.
These three methods are particularly important for the maintenance and mid to late use of C276 seamless pipes, so maintenance and cleaning should be carried out on time throughout the entire use process to prevent wear and tear.
