What is 1.7335 alloy heat-resistant steel pipe

1.7335 (13CrMo4-5) is a chromium-molybdenum alloy heat-resistant steel in accordance with the German DIN standard. It is designed for high temperature and high pressure environments and is widely used in energy and chemical equipment manufacturing.

  • Impurities Phosphorus/Sulfur ≤0.035 Control brittleness

 

Core performance

  • High temperature stability: long-term working temperature ≤500℃, excellent creep resistance
  • Mechanical strength: quenched and tempered tensile strength 450–600 MPa, yield strength ≥300 MPa
  • Process adaptability: supports welding (needs preheating above 250°C) and heat treatment
