1.5415 seamless pressure pipe is a chromium-molybdenum alloy seamless steel pipe that complies with the European standard EN 10216-2 and is designed for medium, high temperature and high pressure conditions. Its main components are carbon (C) 0.12-0.20%, molybdenum (Mo) 0.25-0.35%, manganese (Mn) 0.40-0.90%, chromium (Cr) 0.30-0.50%, and the uniformity of the structure is ensured by normalizing treatment.

Features
High temperature and high pressure performance
Temperature resistance: long-term service temperature ≤550℃, short-term tolerance 580℃, suitable for boilers and pressure vessels;
Pressure strength: room temperature tensile strength 440-590 MPa, yield strength ≥260 MPa, not easy to deform in high pressure environment.
Corrosion resistance and stability
Corrosion resistance: chromium-molybdenum alloy resists steam oxidation and weak acid corrosion, high temperature corrosion rate ≤0.1 mm/year (540℃ steam environment);
Organization stability: normalized metallographic phase is ferrite + pearlite, excellent creep resistance at high temperature.
Process compatibility
Welding performance: preheating 150-200℃ and post-weld heat treatment are required to avoid cold cracks;
Cold workability: supports cold bending, flaring and other forming processes, suitable for complex pipeline layouts.
