A335 P11 Seamless Pipe Description
A335/ SA335-P11 seamless tubes are seamless alloy steel tubes for high temperature applications, which can be hot worked or cold drawn, and are normally supplied fully annealed, isothermally annealed, or normalized and tempered (with a minimum tempering temperature of 650C). The parent material is grouped as P-No.4, Gr.No.1, and the total mass fraction of its alloy composition is less than 5% for low alloy heat-resistant steel.A335 P11 steel pipe is widely used in engineering, coal mining, chemical industry, thermoelectricity, boilers, bridges, net frame structure and machinery and equipment processing and other fields.

- Hydrostatic Test
The test pressure is calculated according to the standard formula (usually 1.5 times the design pressure), and the pressure holding time is ≥10 seconds to verify the pressure bearing capacity and sealing of the steel pipe. No leakage or permanent deformation is qualified.
- Non-destructive Testing (NDT)
Ultrasonic testing (UT): Detect internal cracks, slag inclusions and other defects, and the sensitivity must comply with ASTM E213 standards. Radiographic testing (RT): For welds or suspicious areas, the defect level is assessed according to ASTM E94/E1032.
