ASTM A519 specification covers seamless hot-finished mechanical pipe and seamless cold-finished mechanical pipe.
This specification covers multiple grades of carbon and alloy steel seamless mechanical tubing. Steel can be made by any process. Steel can be cast into ingots or flow cast. When different grades of steel are continuously cast, the resulting transition material needs to be characterized. GNEE removes transitional materials through established procedures to effectively differentiate between grades. Heat treatment is performed separately from thermoforming.
According to regulations, pipes should be made into the following shapes: round, square, rectangular and special cross-sections.
Alloy grade: ASTM A519 4130,4135,4145/4145H, 4330V, 4340
HR: O.D: 51-508mm; W.T: 7∼60mm; L: max 16000mm
CD: O.D: 501-273mm; W.T: 2∼10mm; L: max 16000mm
