Boiler seamless tube is a type of boiler tube and belongs to the category of seamless steel tube. The manufacturing method is the same as that of seamless pipes, but there are strict requirements for the type of steel used in manufacturing steel pipes. High-pressure boiler seamless tubes are often exposed to high temperature and high pressure conditions when used. Under the action of high-temperature flue gas and water vapor, the tubes will oxidize and corrode. Steel pipes are required to have high lasting strength, high resistance to oxidation and corrosion, and good structural stability. High-pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, air guide tubes, main steam tubes, etc. for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers.

Low and medium pressure boiler pipes GB3087-1999 and boiler seamless pipes GB5310-1999 are used to manufacture superheated steam pipes, boiling water pipes for low-pressure boilers of various structures, superheated steam pipes for locomotive boilers, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes and arch bricks. High-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled and cold-drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipes for pipes. Structural seamless steel pipe (GB/T8162-1999) is a seamless steel pipe used for general structures and mechanical structures.
Specifications and appearance quality: GB5310-95 "Seamless Steel Pipe for High-Pressure Boilers" The outer diameter of hot-rolled pipes is 22 to 530mm, and the wall thickness ranges from 20 to 70mm. The outer diameter of cold-drawn (cold-rolled) pipes ranges from 10 to 108mm, and the wall thickness ranges from 2.0 to 13.0mm.
Special-shaped seamless steel pipe is a general term for seamless steel pipes with other cross-sectional shapes except round pipes. According to the different cross-sectional shape and size of the steel pipe, it can be divided into special-shaped seamless steel pipes with equal wall thickness (codenamed D), special-shaped seamless steel pipes with unequal wall thickness (codenamed BD), and variable-diameter special-shaped seamless steel pipes (codenamed BJ). Special-shaped seamless steel pipes are widely used in various structural parts, tools and mechanical parts. Compared with round pipes, special-shaped pipes generally have a larger moment of inertia and section modulus, and have greater bending and torsion resistance, which can greatly reduce the structural weight and save steel.

Boiler seamless tubes adopt steel grade
(1) High-quality carbon structural steel grades include 20G, 20MnG, and 25MnG.
(2) Alloy structural steel steel grades 15MoG, 20MoG, 12CrMoG, 15CrMoG, 12Cr2MoG, 12CrMoVG, 12Cr3MoVSiTiB, etc.
(3) In addition to ensuring the chemical composition and mechanical properties of commonly used 1Cr18Ni9 and 1Cr18Ni11Nb boiler tubes of rusty and heat-resistant steel, hydrostatic tests, expansion and flattening tests must be performed one by one. Steel pipes are delivered in heat treated condition.
