What is T11 material?

A213 T11 is a high performance seamless steel tube used in the boiler, superheater and heat exchanger industries. This material consists mainly of ferritic and austenitic alloys and has the following characteristics:

Chemical composition:

Carbon: 0.05~0.15 per cent
Manganese: 0.30~0.60 per cent
Phosphorus: ≤0.025%
Sulfur: ≤0.025%
Silicon: 0.50~1.00%
Chromium：1.00~1.50%
Molybdenum：0.44~0.65%
Mechanical properties:

Tensile strength: ≥415MPa
Yield strength: ≥205MPa
Elongation: ≥30%
Manufacturing process:

Precision rolling and heat treatment process is adopted to ensure that the inner and outer walls of the tubes are smooth and free of defects, and have good dimensional accuracy and shape stability.
