A213 T11 is a 1Cr-0.5Mo series low-alloy heat-resistant steel specified by ASTM A213/A213M and ASME SA213/SA213M standards, belonging to seamless ferritic alloy steel pipes with UNS designation K11597, specifically designed and manufactured for high-temperature and high-pressure service conditions.

A213 T11 belongs to seamless steel pipes made of chromium aluminum alloy according to ASTM standards. Its chemical composition contains 1.00-1.50% chromium and 0.44-0.65% molybdenum, and excellent high temperature resistance is achieved by adding trace alloying elements. This material can maintain a yield strength of ≥ 415MPa at a high temperature of 540 ° C, and has excellent soothing reactivity and sulfur corrosion resistance.

The implementation standard ASTMA213-19 specifies dimensional tolerances, mechanical properties, and non-destructive testing requirements, which correspond to the 15CrMoG grade in the domestic GB5310 standard, but there are differences in the heat treatment process.
