316 octagonal gasket is a specially shaped metal gasket with an octagonal cross-section. Made of 316 stainless steel, it undergoes forging, heat treatment, and machining processes. The octagonal design provides radial self-tightening sealing, making it particularly suitable for pipeline flange sealing in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.

During the sealing process, the octagonal cross-section of the gasket makes close contact with the inner and outer surfaces (especially the outer side) of the flange's trapezoidal groove, forming an effective seal through compression. This design ensures stable sealing performance under high pressure, preventing medium leakage.
